Satiam "Sam" Khadar

My name is Satiam Khadar, or Sam for short, and I am proud to be a REALTOR® representing Sun & Palm Realty Inc. I originally hail from Trinidad and Tobago and migrated to Miami, Florida 37 years ago. Despite living in the US for quite some time, my Caribbean heritage and culture remain a vital part of who I am. More than two years ago, I relocated from Miami to Orlando, and I can confidently say that I've fallen in love with this city! Prior to my career in real estate, I earned a Masters Certification in Supply Chain Management Studies, specializing in International Trade Compliance. Today, I focus mainly on residential and new construction sales, aiming to provide the highest standard of care and service to my clients throughout the home buying/selling process.
